Trenches is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Shipping takes place Monday – Friday. Delivery time can be 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Please be sure to use a confirmed address.
Shipping rates will be shown once you enter shipping information. We do our best to make sure shipping carriers are reliable and that product is delivered prompt. Please be sure that all information entered is correct. You will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
As we adjust life to living in an ongoing pandemic, we work to ensure the safety of everyone. Therefore, all sales are final. If your product is returned it will be reshipped.
